I’m pretty sure that graphene-based superconductive electronics became the limelight sometime ago, but the buzz died out prematurely, until now. According to Penn State University, it seems that the group of researchers from the university has manage to churn out 100mm wafer of pure graphene-based superconductive materials.
Generally, the researchers are planning to test the performances of these superconductors, and hopefully, their plans will check out. On the other hand, there are plans to produce 200mm wafers, and 300mm wafers in the near future.
Do you think that future semiconductors will revolutionize pretty soon?
