University of California, Berkeley Researchers Look for Energy Scavenging Nanofibers PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 17 February 2010
Just imagine wearing your clothes in which it comes with the capability to help you charge your electrical devices, simply by relying on something called nanofibers which thrive to harvest energy from movements from the fibers on your clothes. Well this particular technology isn’t here yet, but researchers from University of California, Berkeley are already looking into the possibility of developing this particular technology.

Personally, I don’t think that such technology is feasible – who would in the right mind wear clothes which are so expensive, since it has this technology built-into it, and it can only charge a mere amount of energy in limited time of usage?
