HTC Files Complaint Against Apple |

We all know that mobile phone manufacturers are always suing one another, in order to regain dominance over the mobile phone market. Generally, HTC has filed a complaint, whereby they are naming Apple as their defendants, and HTC claims that Apple has infringed 5 of HTC patents.
Apparently, HTC has highlighted several of the infringements, and these include infringements for the power management systems, personalized phone dialers, and their phone dialer with easy memory access.
Generally, Apple is also suing HTC over infringements of their patents, thus I believe that it’s rather ironic that HTC too wants to sue Apple to get back at them, don’t you think so?
