We all know that in-flight WiFi and internet systems are advancing tremendously over the past couple of years, whereby you can now browse the internet onboard your flight. Nevertheless, it also seems that Aircell might be introducing their latest video download service for the in-flight internet system, and such technology allows you to use the WiFi onboard your flight to watch TV shows and other film rentals using the system.
On the other hand, Aircell also disclosed that they will be pricing between $2 and $4 for their services, but these plans are still at the initial stage with no solid infrastructure to backup Aircell’s claims.
I’m pretty sure that we’ll be able to watch some wholesome movies online onboard an aircraft pretty soon, right?
