Lolz, this is a big cheat! I reckon that he assembled his PC in half an hour or so. At most I would give him fifteen to twenty minutes min. I've seen contests where people assembled a working PC in under 4 minutes max. Personally I would take roughly 30minutes just to make sure that nothing burns out. But if you let me run on overdrive, i can do it in 10. Some did quicker but it's common to see what will happen if a PC is not properly assembled:

1. Processor starts burning out

2. Boots up but comes with all sorts of error - mainly in the connection

3.  Run a little while and gives up
