Bank Savings Account Issues: Individual Accounts and Bank Charges |

Monday, 08 October 2007 |
I do have several bank saving accounts – to spread the risk of a bank fraud. It goes in line with my motto, ‘Don’t put your eggs in one basket’. Well I do use online banking as I think it’s really a convenient way to send money and check your account balance after your paycheck has been banked into your account. It’s fast and reliable but there are known security issues mainly people getting hold of your password and all. However, it’s your responsibility of protecting your password integrity – so change your password every 3 months! On the other hand, I don’t believe that banks should charge its customers for their online services because banks are already making billions worldwide, so why do they need to charge extra? I think it’s unethical and unjustifiable.
If you are interested in banking, you should get in touch with ThriftyScot.co.uk. It’s a great place online where you can get info on various savings accounts, current accounts and various bank charges as well. Check details for banks such as Abbey, Citibank, Alliance Leicester, CapitalOne and many more! This is a paid post.
