Toshiba has made a grand introductory opening for their latest CELL REGZ LCD TV, and what makes this particular LCD TV top in line is the fact that it would be powered by a Cell technology (I’m thinking the same technology which is used in the Sony PlayStation consoles).
Of course, the 55-inch LCD TV will have 240Hz refresh rate, and boasts an extraordinary 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio. Also, it will come with a so-called self-congruency technology, which would function to help improve the picture details. The LCD TV also comes with peak luminance of 1250cd/mē, as well as LED backlits dividing the screen into 512 distinct areas.
Toshiba’s latest technological wonder will be retailing at 1,000,000 yen, or around US $11,140.
