This is probably one of the crappiest TV commercial that I have ever seen! The Jazz is built in such a beautiful shape that's it's really nice when you modify it but this commercial doesn't reflect a thing about the Jazz at all.
It's targeted at children, encouraging them to use the Jazz as their toy car. It's a UK commercial stating that the Jazz is a great car and doesn't cost alot to own one - Just GBP15,000 only!
