Increasing Your Departments Work Productivity |

Let’s face it, it’s pretty hard to be working 100% for the company in the 8 or 9 hours in the office. People do tend to do other things compared to what they are supposed to do. I for a fact am one of them. Well if you are curious on what your employees are doing in the department, you can actually try out a spy software to chart their daily activities.
Most of the time an employee is actually doing his own stuff rather than work. For example, survey shows that more than 90% of the computers are installed with a form of chatting software namely MSN, Yahoo Messenger, Skype and many more. Productivity is reduced whenever an employee starts chatting. Of course it would be ridiculous to totally ban the usage of this software. However, it does offer convenience when you really want to get in touch with another person.
For more serious cases, a spy software is necessary for security tight companies. For example, most oil and gas company requires some form of data collection software to see what their employees are doing. This provides control over data and especially on sensitive data.
Thus if you want to increase productivity, start spying on your employees!
Cheers!
