Indications that your blog will get demoted by Google |

Here are a few indications that I think Google will use to demote you. I read someone else blog and he indicated that this update was partially done using manual means - meaning that someone actually sits there and evaluate your site on whether it is spam or not. This makes me thing, blogs that participate in PPP usually have something in common, which is:
1. You disclose in a separate paragraph that the post is paid - can be seen a mile a way
2. You put a disclosure badge in such a visible area that someone sitting on the moon sipping tea could see it!
3. These couple of words are the destruction of your PR - 'sponsored' 'brought to you by' 'this is a paid post' and many more
So beware on the next update!
