WiMAX is the latest network in town and Intel wants to increase its frequency range. According to Garth Collier, general manager of WiMax working for Intel Asia-Pacific, the organization is gearing up to "start accepting other markets other then of the US at 2.5GHz and in other spectrum profiles."
At present day, the Centrino 2 chip package supports a edition of the technology that uses the 2.5GHz spectrum.
I’m hoping that they could deliver fantastic wireless network across the town.
