Kiro Robot Teaches Korean Kinderga PDF Print E-mail

We all know that the Japanese have advanced robotics technology, and that they are even deploying robots to assist humans in their daily activities. Nevertheless, the Koreans are also not far behind, and the latest achievements by Korea's Robot Research Institute showed that they have developed a robot called Kiro that is used to teach children at the kindergarden.

Basically, Kiro has several preset functions, such as playing interactive games, screening educational videos through its abdomen, and it even has the ability to keep the students in rapt attention too. On the other hand, Kiro was also deployed at the Dong-A University Museum, in Busan, in which the robot would guide visitors around the museum, and also educating the crowd at the same time.
