fsbfWe all know that Mac lovers definitely sang a good tune to their world renowned MacBook and MacBookPro over its stability, quality and performance. However off late, these MacBook users have found out that their laptops decrease in performance once the battery is removed.

Why?

According to Zach Honig over at Gearlog, removing your batteries would mean that your MacBook would try to squeeze out as much as possible from its batteries, thus it restricts the user from demanding more juice from the processor – to save power.

How much decrease in performance?

Exactly 40%
