One Laptop per Child in 3rd World Countries PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 09 August 2007
I've been hearing this for quite sometime now - one laptop per child in third world countries. It sounds great but then again, it is that viable?

Coming from a third world country - there are pros and cons. One thing for sure, during my school days which is more than 10 years ago - our backpacks is super heavy! Think of this, having to carry a bag which is humongous for our size everyday to school. What makes things worst is that the stupid teacher won't let us share our books! Now that's what I call third world teacher's stupidity syndrome.

Anyway, this laptop looks great. It has even WiFi, USB ports, it can even flip to become a notebook like book. Let's pray hard that it will be widely used.
