I’m sure that you have heard of cases whereby people downloaded some emulators to emulate PSPs or even Xbox or Wii. I have done so in the past and I can say that it works flawlessly!
Nevertheless, Sony is fighting fire with oil as they want to clamp down these hackers from emulating their consoles such as the PSP.
Not sure how successful will Sony be, but I think that their efforts will go in vain, though.
