It's a gargantuan task to remodel an old home, but it's really essential to do it. My father's dream home is a house with lots of land so that he can plant plants around it. He loved coconuts and I bet that he'll plant plenty around the house.
I believe that old home located at strategic hot spots is worth the investments. Can you believe that homes around my house costs 3-5 times more that what was being offered 10 years back?
I believe Oprah's saying that God stopped making land makes sense, don't you think?
