Renovating a $500,000 House |

For the next half year, I would be really busy renovating my new home. Me and my family bought a $500,000 house nearby and I believe that it's a real bargain. It's more than 4400 square feet and we'll have tons of space around the house. The remodelling would cost another $250,000 - bringing the total cost spent on the house close to $1,000,000.
It has always been my father's dream to live in a big house while being retired. I love my dad and I want to realize his dreams. There are lots of work to be done as I need to speak to the contractor, the architect, negotiate price, pick the right flooring, the correct roofing structure, the correct iron bars, fence, bla bla bla...
This is a huge project and would take lots of my time...
