1. Take charge of things that you are responsible for.
2. Never give me excuses whereby it would let you benefit from not doing any work – I can smell bullshit a mile away
3. Be creative and innovative so that your other business partners can benefit from it
4. Humble and has a kind heart – not to be mistaken a soft heart where you get bullied
5. Never lie to your partners as I know that you are lying
